love conquers allLove will see you through any troubles if you are with the right person, at the right place, and during the right time。 I loved Neera and Echo’s story。
Brooke King,
howdoes each boik in this series get better and better?!?! regine abel writes the most stunning characters that you cheer for and creating worlds so vivid you can almost feel the wind in your face。 love, love,LOVE this book, and look forward to ANY book regine abel writes next!!
Penny Wright,
Transitioning through ChangeI Married a Merman is unlike the first three books in the series。 Nedra is a human facing a transition into a Merwoman so she can live / breathe。 Echo is the Merman who marries her to have a mate。 The story of their developing love over the course of Neera’s treatments is sweet。 The book dedication to those with chronic illness- “No matter how dark the night, the sun eventually rises” - even sweeter。
Daphnne,
Cute alien romance for the win!I just adore these PMA books。 They're so sweet and perfect reads for putting me in a good mood。 This one was different in that the FMC changed but it was a fun read。 Cute alien romance for the win!I just adore these PMA books。 They're so sweet and perfect reads for putting me in a good mood。 This one was different in that the FMC changed but it was a fun read。 。。。more

4。8 stars。 This one was a little different from the rest of the books in this series。 Neera is stuck in the process of transforming into the same species as her husband, and that is the reason she enters into the marriage pool to meet Echo。 Earth’s atmosphere is toxic to her and she can’t afford to move to a compatible planet on her own。 Thankfully, the prime mating agency pays all the moving fees when they find a match for candidates。 I was a little worried about these two forming the deep conn 4。8 stars。 This one was a little different from the rest of the books in this series。 Neera is stuck in the process of transforming into the same species as her husband, and that is the reason she enters into the marriage pool to meet Echo。 Earth’s atmosphere is toxic to her and she can’t afford to move to a compatible planet on her own。 Thankfully, the prime mating agency pays all the moving fees when they find a match for candidates。 I was a little worried about these two forming the deep connection that the other couples do in this series, at the beginning。 As were they honestly。 But after spending more time with each other and they have the time for their physical connection to blossom, everything else seems to click into place as well。 Not without hiccups along the way, of course, but they never faltered in the budding affection and care they feel towards each other after it forms。 Like with the other books, I was really fascinated with the new culture and species and setting that the Thalon introduce。 Reading about Neera trying to adapt to it all and find her place among them was engrossing and beautiful。 It was super sweet。 I also really loved all the different side characters and animals。 They were all so accepting and amusing and caring。 And then the sex between these two。 The Thalons definitely have alien anatomy and Echo knows exactly how to use it to best please his mate。 It was definitely steamy, but also passionate and sexy。 I just loved this book, and honestly this entire series。 Every time I finish the newest addition, I’m chomping at the bit to learn about the next species of alien and how the next mating will go。 So freaking good! 。。。more

Ummmm, you had me at mermaid!! I really enjoy this series。 Quick, easy, romantic reads。 This is a close second to the Naga story, which is currently my fav。
Amy Crisp,
Another Brilliant Addition to the SeriesI absolutely love all the books in the PMA series and this is a great addition。 Regine always manages to have the right balance of story and character development with heart and heat! Cannot recommend enough and am going to have a serious book hangover now。
Martie Janse van Rensburg,
3/5 The insta-love intergalactic romance was not very beleivable。 I loved reading I married a lizardman, but this book seemed to be just a repeat of lizardman。

PMA series is the best I honestly have an impulsive need to read the books in the series because it’s that freaking good。 This series is so amazing and a great quick read for anyone that wants that adorable alien romance but with a variety of main characters。 Most books I’ve read the characters were your typical white female characters but Regine Abel gives us variety and I love it!!
Lonnie,
4。5 starsI think this may be of my favorites of the series。 It was just so good; the romance, the side characters, the protagonist, the setting。 Everything was just chef's kiss。 Amazing as always, even the a little hard to read parts (mainly Neera's transformation) were nice enough。 4。5 starsI think this may be of my favorites of the series。 It was just so good; the romance, the side characters, the protagonist, the setting。 Everything was just chef's kiss。 Amazing as always, even the a little hard to read parts (mainly Neera's transformation) were nice enough。 。。。more

I enjoyed the story but it was a little too syrupy。 There was no conflict or action。 Echo was loveable and was it overall a decent read
Gaby Trevino,
I loved the world building aspect of this book。 Regine Abel has the gift to create this new worlds and make you immerse in them while making a statement about our current society。 Her critic towards our health systems really got me thinking。 I really enjoyed this book, tbh I felt that is the one that has more world building and less "swoon factor" but I was okay with that。 I loved the world building aspect of this book。 Regine Abel has the gift to create this new worlds and make you immerse in them while making a statement about our current society。 Her critic towards our health systems really got me thinking。 I really enjoyed this book, tbh I felt that is the one that has more world building and less "swoon factor" but I was okay with that。 。。。more

Wonderful!I absolutely enjoy this series and this book was a wonderful addition。 I loved the world and people of this world。 A beautiful love story these two journey together。 A sweet story and definitely worth the read!
Robin,
Sadly DNF。 I liked the first book in this series, but I will probably not continue with the series。 The subsequent sequel books have just been really hit or miss for me, and this book in particular was a miss。 There were too many similarities with earlier books in the series without the same quality。 For example, there were just too many long descriptions of technicalities (which really slowed down the pacing), and I also just couldn’t get behind the repeated use of the “woman changing for her m Sadly DNF。 I liked the first book in this series, but I will probably not continue with the series。 The subsequent sequel books have just been really hit or miss for me, and this book in particular was a miss。 There were too many similarities with earlier books in the series without the same quality。 For example, there were just too many long descriptions of technicalities (which really slowed down the pacing), and I also just couldn’t get behind the repeated use of the “woman changing for her man” plot (which was used both in this book and book 2 of this series)。 I liked the first book enough though that I’d still interested in trying other books from this author, but probably not any more books from this particular series。 。。more

another good oneThis one was really good but I have to say it was my least favorite。 I think the challenges the couple went through were so different from the normal challenges in the past books。 But this one was still really good and I hope the series continues
Melanie,
I love these books。 Honestly each novel in this series seems to be thought out to include details that are oriented around the environments and species of each character。 This one was fun! Really pulled me into the aquatic world。 Romance A+。
Tara,
Keep them comingAbsolutely love this series from beginning to end and read them quickly。 Adorable, happy, balanced romance between humans and others

1。5 starsA big step down from the other 2 in the series, way to technical and long explanations about things I dont really care about。 I was bored during most of the book and wanted to quit reading。 Very disappointing :(

Katelynn,
Not as engaging as the other installments in the series but I liked the relationship of Neera and Echo。 The concept of Neera needing to live on Triton was also new and interesting。
a,
Loved the story ! I also appreciated the drawings at the end (although perhaps putting them at the beginning would be a better idea), they were very weel done while letting our own imagination give the attributes we appreciate individually。
Cia,
A sweet, lovely romance between a chronically ill woman and the dashing merman alien who lives to dote on her。 I love this entire series, but Echo is probably my new favorite hero out of all of them。
